Refund policy

Overview

This policy applies to all paid bookings for Corepathbase training sessions, including workshops, private chart reviews, volume clinics, and follow-up practice groups. By paying a deposit or full fee, you agree to these terms.

Workshop bookings (Foundations, Volume Clinic, Practice Group)

Cancellation by you

• More than 14 days before the session: Full refund of all amounts paid, including deposit.
• 7 to 14 days before: Deposit (£75 for workshops) is non-refundable; any balance paid is refunded in full.
• Less than 7 days before: No refund. You may transfer your place to another person at no charge if you notify us at least 48 hours before the session.

Rescheduling by you

One free reschedule is permitted if requested at least 7 days before the original date, subject to availability. Additional reschedules incur a £25 administration fee.

Cancellation by Corepathbase

If we cancel a session due to instructor illness or insufficient enrolment, you receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available date at no extra cost.

Private chart reviews

• More than 48 hours before: Full refund.
• Less than 48 hours before: No refund, but you may reschedule once within 30 days.
• No-show: No refund or reschedule.

Deposits

Workshop deposits reserve a seat and cover printed workbook preparation. Deposits are refunded in full when cancellation occurs more than 14 days before the session. Within 7–14 days, deposits are retained as stated above.

Non-refundable items

• Printed workbooks already prepared and posted before a late cancellation
• Administration fees for additional reschedules
• Travel or accommodation costs you incur — we do not reimburse third-party expenses

Partial refunds

If you attend a workshop but leave before the first break due to a genuine emergency, contact us within 24 hours. Partial refunds are considered case by case and are not guaranteed.

Refund process

Email hello@corepathbase.click with your booking reference and reason for cancellation. Approved refunds are processed within 10 working days to the original payment method. Bank transfers may take an additional 3–5 working days to appear in your account.

Work already started

Private chart reviews that have commenced are non-refundable. If a session is interrupted by a technical fault on our premises, we will offer a complimentary partial session or proportional refund.

Complimentary practice group session

The follow-up practice group included with the Foundations Workshop must be used within three months of the workshop date. Unused complimentary sessions are not refundable or transferable beyond that window.
